Travis Szynski
Vice President of Operations
Travis Szynski has tallied more than 20 years of experience in the research industry. But he started his career as an audio/visual geek who installed and maintained equipment for everything from rollercoasters to the Star Trek Experience at Paramount Parks. He even worked as a mechanic for the MGM monorail.

Travis finally got the monkey wrench off his back in 2001 when he joined the team that would build Television City into a world-class market research center. He began with engineering, operating and managing TVC’s communication and data collection technology. Over the years, his responsibilities grew steadily to include designing research projects, working closely with clients and MGM Grand, and leading the TVC staff.
Travis is now immersed in market research technology, data and operations management. But working with his team and the TVC guests at a company he believes in is what keeps him motivated, dedicated and focused on what’s next.
After work, when he’s not watching reruns of Murder She Wrote and The Golden Girls, Travis loves to tinker with toys that combine technology, usability and aesthetics to yield powerful, visceral and emotional experiences. In other words, audio gear and cars.
Travis is true audiophile with an impressive, ever-growing vinyl collection and some serious, high-end components that can blow the doors off anything from iTunes and, literally, wake up the neighborhood. He’s also a major motorhead who’s still trying to wring the last drop of performance out of his beloved BMW M3 “bahn burner.”
Adriana Lopez-Stroman
Operations Manager
Adriana Lopez-Stroman has more than 30 years of Market Research experience in U.S. and international markets. For the past 15 years, she has focused her expertise on the entertainment industry, including television, movies and gaming. She specializes in data collection using a full range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Adriana began her career at a full-service market research company where she led the field operations for its advertising, automotive and consumer products clients. She also worked on the client side of the business, holding responsibility for managing various data collection vendors. Her experience as both a market research client and vendor gives her a unique perspective and understanding of what Television City’s clients need from a data collection partner.
Adriana loves classic black-and-white movies, musicals and television. Her all-time favorite TV show is I Love Lucy. When she’s not listening to Spotify (her all-time favorite app), Adriana cheers for the Forty Niners and Golden Knights, and keeps improving her highly respectable 132 bowling average.
